Where can I find people who are good at drawing?

I'm doing YouTube or I've just started and since I don't want to show myself I thought I would always fade in an emoji of myself (from my Minecraft skin) when I laugh, cry etc. But since I can't draw and no or little either Want to spend money (don't have PayPal) I wonder where I can find someone who can draw well. Can anyone give me help or tips?

You could start a call on a YT video of yourself and say that you are looking for someone to draw and that the person is allowed to see your videos earlier.
