Minecraft Skin Editor on Raspberry Pi?

I've been busy creating skins lately on the Skindex site, but now I want to be able to do that offline, is there a program for the Raspberry Pi 3 B. If so, how can I install it?

and you can probably install it over

sudo apt install gimp

How can I make skins with it? XD I have the program. Do you have a manual?

Find the appropriate template, which pixel belongs to which body part - there's enough online. Create a new layer underneath and make the template transparent.

Then it's just clicking around and coloring pixels
