Commands in Minecraft Ps4?

I wanted to know if you have Command Block in the Ps4 version of Minecraft and if so how do I build / crafte etc.

Unfortunately, the Commandblock is not yet available in the console and we probably will not add it soon.

On the PS4, XBox, Wii U, etc. Unfortunately there are no commands. But with the host options you can adjust the time and weather.
