Minecraft pe commands do not work anymore?

Tachjen play as said minecraft pe and would like to use commands, this is a problem I have only 2 of actually 7 or more help pages for chat commands. I can memorize some commands (eg / give @s stone 3). Now entering the problem does not recognize a problem that it is a command but also that does not work warge message if command is correct and if I'm actually authorized to use this command (see picture)

Chats are allowed and I play as an operator

My question how do I fix this!
