I've been playing Minecraft for 3 years and have never found the best way to mine obsidian. The only thing I know is that efficiency should be 5 on the pickaxe xD.
Make a beacon at maximum level and then do 2

Just click on it in creative mode and survival mode without cheats on a pickaxe effi 5, haste beacon. With cheats enchante you eff 100 on your pickaxe

You can mine obsidian with a diamond pickaxe.
A netherite pickaxe is even faster.
Simply increase efficiency 5!
If possible, activate the degradation speed effect with a beacon.
A maximum beacon that gives you Haste 2.
In addition a netherite pickaxe with efficiency 5.
