Minecraft Texture for sword buggt?

Hi, I created a sword texture and wanted to try it, then I saw that: It is partly transparent on the side, although there are no transparent pixels. Have duplicated the level more times and transparency prohibited. Does one know how that goes away?

Can it be that you accidentally made the pixels pale slightly?

At least that was the problem for me, which made 2-3 pixels pretty transparent.
