Minecraft - Java (TM) Platform Se Binary Does not Work anymore

I can't play Minecraft, if then comes always the message Java (TM) Platform Se Binary Does not work anymore?! What should I do? I have already tried everything:

Minecraft reinstall (delete folder etc), Java reinstall, Minecraft more RAM assign, graphics card driver Updated, …

-Do not have mods / texture packs
Have been looking for solutions for so long (Other forums, Google, Youtube, …) but nothing worked
