You can't do that at Aternos.
But there are normal mcaddons that can do that, for example. B. With plannetminecaft then in the singleplayermap z. B. Bedwars and the mcaddon can then be put on the server. My question is how do I create these mcaddons

Yes, you can't use files such as your own plugins with aternos and it would cause the server to lag even more than it already does. This is different for example on my VServer with 500cores and 560gb RAM but since aternos only uses 2gb Ram (or 3) and 1core it would lag even more

I'm with Hetzner and I won't tell you the IP because it is a whitelisted server network that is under construction
