X-Ray Minecraft Texture Pack Errors?

Which texture file do I have to change that I can see through earth stone and through grass?

I have already removed the texture from the blocks in the texture file, but where I removed the texture is now a monotone color and not an invisible one.

I think you just have to clear the textures of these blocks.

So that would be my guess now.
