Minecraft uses 11gb ram?

I play Minecraft with the Badlion client and recently minecraft has been consuming around 11GB of ram. So it just keeps getting higher and higher. I don't have a crass texture pack inside either. Have the SuchPvP 256x inside. And attuning to the highest. Have an Rx 6700 xt and Ryzen 5 5600x

I have 16 GB. But the mc consumed 11 GB… Something is wrong

Depending on what you give Minecraft Normally, the launcher has 1 GB of RAM set, Java needs extra but ergo then immTask Manager 1200-1400 Mb RAM consumption. You only need most of it in single player on server pendulum anyway, around 200-300 MB RAM consumption.
