Hello I'm creating a server via aternos and loading datapacks on it, but when I start the server they don't work and my texture pack loads the data but everything stays the same.
I would be happy if you could help me.

You need Optifine for the texture pack.
And if you want to upload it to the server, try the download link instead of just the website.

How can you have the 2 texture packs or is optifine has no texture pack and must each have optifine
You only need Optifine for the custom mob models, the rest should work without Optifine.

Optifine is a kind of graphic mod for Minecraft and yes every player needs Optifine for the custom models.
