Minecraft 1.16.3 doesn't recognize my 1.16.3 resource pack?

I try everything but my minecraft doesn't want to recognize my texture pack

What is "recognizing" with you? Is it not in the list or is it stated that it is incompatible? Is there also a .zip or a folder in the resourcepacks folder?

Is it in the folder as a .zip? If so no idea maybe the texture pack is kapput? Look for the tp on other sites.
