More packs the less power?

I play Minecraft a lot and have a lot of texture packs, a total of 30 GB texture packs and I wanted to ask if it is the case that if I have a lot of packs, that I also have less power.

I'm not really sure about that. But I think that only the pack that is actually loaded is charged. If you have performance problems, but your PC is good, pull the texture packs out of the folder, start the game, and see if it works better. But I don't think that textures are that complex.
