Minecraft custom model data not working?

I created a minecraft texture pack for my little minecraft 1.16.4 server (for me and friends) to meet the request to have a fixed currency and i wanted the textures to look like coins so i picked out textures and made a tutorial to custom looked at model data and created a pack but the textures don't work can someone help me or rewrite the pack yourself you can download it here:

info: you have to change the line from http://www.mediafire-com/ to a point because good question mediafire does not allow left

You have to rename the money folder in the "assets" folder to "minecraft".

Still does not work the texture is still not loaded

Have you tested it maybe it just doesn't work for me and if so on 1.16.4
