How to make Minecraft shadow out?

Hi, where can I turn my shadow off or on in Minecraft, so the blocks should no longer be so black but have the normal texture again

Unfortunately, this is not possible as it counts as lighting. Otherwise caves would be completely bright and that would be an unfair advantage
