I like to play computer games like Sims4, Among us, Minecraft and co. I would like to buy a suitable PC for this. Besides playing games, I also want to use it for home schooling / university. I don't want the best but a PC that can take it all. I know nothing about it and just don't understand the whole thing. So I hope you have a good cheap recommendation for me. Best of all, WHY you want to recommend this PC to me.
What is your budget
Just an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (very good all-rounder) along with a mainboard and a GTX1650 (absolute minimum) is currently already costing around 550-600 euro and there are still a few parts missing for the complete PC
Your budget
You don't get a PC with a dedicated graphics card for 550 euro. There would only be one APU in there.
READ EXACTLY what I wrote
I would spend up to 650 euro for a PC. Do I have to add something or can I buy it straight away?
650 euro
If you haven't really bothered a bit about it, I would seek personal advice somewhere. Nowadays everyone in the family or in the circle of acquaintances has someone who at least pretends to be familiar with PCs.
My personal advice: Every current computer should meet your requirements. The games mentioned require (by default, without extreme shaders, etc.) a computing / graphics performance that is hardly worth mentioning. Internal graphics cards (e.g. From Intel or AMD laptops) should also suffice.
Since the performance should be enough, but they are much more comfortable, I would definitely recommend a laptop: built-in keyboard and screen, ideal for transporting; you can also use it well in school.
My tip: Cyberport is a very good and clear online shop that only sells serious and current goods.
Minimum nowadays:
256GB SSD
8GB RAM
Quad-core processor (4 cores)
You should have a lot of choice in the 300-500 euro price segment - now you just have to let your taste decide. E.g. The screen size could still be of interest to you.
PS: In a few years, it will be old-fashioned to have a powerful tower PC with an external monitor for gaming because games are only streamed.
No chance. SSD, HDD, power supply, RAM, housing for this add another 300 euro to my previously speculated 550-650 euro

It doesn't get any cheaper at the moment. For 650 euro, you most likely won't get a PC with a dedicated graphics card.
This system will be enough for you:

A bigger SSD is pure and good.
