Polar foxes in the lowlands Minecraft Spawning?

On the 29.10.2019 came out for the Minecraft Pocket Edition the 13.0 and now there are very cute foxes! 😍 I'm currently building a zoo in the lowlands and have already built an enclosure for red foxes but I would also like to build the white foxes so the polar foxes in a enclosure! I have already placed snow, but only red foxes come out… Would be nice if I get an answer because I would very much like to have polar foxes in the zoo!

Well stop / summon fox ~ ~ ~ {Type: snow} or something like that, I do not know if it's actually called Type or Snow. Check out the creativeness of foxes on the minecraft wiki.

And I think rather the 1.13, right?
