And which one is better?
I don't know what to do.
Java edition unstable from fps but there are mods, etc.
bedrock edition is made for pc, for ps4, xbox, mobile phone, tablet, is more stable, other features, many bugs fixes, crossplay is supported (pc, ps4, xbox, etc. Stop)
The Java Edition is better. This is the original version of Minecraft and costs less.
There are many differences, here is a video:
What I personally want to emphasize that you can install a lot more mods on the Java version.
The BE runs between all devices that support the BE. That's actually all. Computers, consoles, telephones, etc.
The Java Edition, by and large, only runs between computers. The redstone is a little different.
As far as I know, the BE does not support mods. That is a major weak point. In the game you can buy addons for real money. It's also hard to get free texture packs. You usually have to buy them.
All in all, I would definitely use the Java version.
Minecraft Java is just pure nostalgia and brings back childhood memories π₯°π
XD
Weird to see you here. Otherwise I will only see you in the forumππππ»
I personally prefer the Java Edition.
How so?
Free skins, mods, textures and maps.
So far I only know one single texture pack for Java, for which you had to pay.
There are also many more large servers on the Java Edition.
There are also a few functions in the Java Edition that are not available in the Bedrock Edition. An example would be Hardcore mode (although this would be extremely easy to implement, Bedrock lacks it).
In addition, there are no gamebreaking bugs like suddenly falling out of the world. (As far as I know, this bug has not really been fixed, but only made more difficult)
The last thing would be the following:
As far as I know, the worlds of the Bedrock Edition are significantly smaller than the Java Edition.
Now to the Bedrock advantages:
Cross-play between consoles (even if this feature has become irrelevant due to "GeyserMC", you can use it to get Java and Bedrock players on a Java server).
Better performance.
Better / more adventure map
Those would be the only advantages I could think of right now
Yes, that's right. But I always add my mustard to the questions.
