2) What tool do you use to record? In general, I would always recommend the "OBS Studio". If you have a reasonably up-to-date Nvidia graphics card, this would also be used by default and then there's usually No disturbance whatsoever.

Unfortunately I can't help you to the extent that it would be necessary to set up OBS for you. You need too much technical understanding for that. You better take a look at XSplit, it is * extremely * more user-friendly than OBS.
