Since the people on the plastation only have the Microsoft Minecraft and most players on the PC have the Mojang Minecraft, this is a bit more difficult. You could download Minecraft on your phone to log in and play with your friend who is playing on the plastation. Or you can download the Microsoft Minecraft version on the PC. (But I'm not sure if that also counts for Playsi and XBox players.)
