Lots of texture packs and shaders
Depends on. With the Java version you have more options for personalization. For example mods, free resource packs etc. Java is not exactly high performing.
Only loading takes a little longer, but once the game is running it is relatively performant.
Java is definitely better. You can do a lot more and join a lot more servers.
I don't know if that's still the case, but at the time I bought Minecraft Java, I got the Bedrock Edition for free. But it was over 3 years ago and I don't think that's still the case because the Java Edition was cheaper than the Bedrock…
