Minecraft not so nice?

Minecraft with me when I look into the distance restlessly and somehow flickers. (It can't be the fps, because I usually have about 200 - 250)

I have an amd Gpu and minecraft is not displayed in the amd software, which is why I can't make any settings.

Does anyone know how I add minecraft to the software or who has another solution?
