Recommendations for a PC?

Me and my friends had the fun idea to start Minecraft together again. Unfortunately, I don't have a PC anymore, I don't want to spend a lot of money (a maximum of 150-200 euro, including everything good, of course.) And I want it to run smoothly. I have no idea what it takes…
