I have a question. I own a GTX1050ti. (Will be replaced next year) I would like to upgrade my PC a little now. I currently own an I5 6600.
I would like to play and stream (also do video editing). About the games: I play relatively few games that need high performance. Besides GTA V and Minecraft, I only play simulators like ETS2 or Cities Skylines.
Now there's my question. Which CPU, which mainboard and which RAM would you recommend? In total, everything can cost 400 euro. I would also be open to graphics card recommendations, i.e. Which would be worthwhile in the middle / end of next year.
But for the first time it should be about the CPU, etc.
Am looking forward to your answers.
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Add a B450 or B550 board (Asus or ASRock, for example), so you can see what suits you
16GB DDR4-3200 RAM
Can you get by with around 350-400 euro…
Graphic card? Wait and see what's available next year and what the cards cost.
Ryzen 7 2700X
B450M Pro VDH Max or B450-A Pro Max
2x8gb gskill aegis 3200mhz.
That would be sensible and relatively cheap.
Of course, you can go for it again and then you get a Ryzen 7 3700X.
Ryzen 3700X
A B450 Mb
16GB RAM e.g. From G.Skill with 3200MHz
Thank you for your answers! I now choose the 3600.
With the graphics card, I got stuck with the Rtx2060. Is my 700W power supply sufficient?
Against the recommendations of the others, i would definitely take a b550 mainboard. Because now the pci-e 4.0 age begins and will become more and more important.
Definitely.
Perfect thanks to you!
