I have been trying to launch Minecraft in a LAN world for a long time. So I go, start my SingePlayer world and open it in the LAN. On the other PC we go to Multiplayer → Add Server or Connect Directly (no matter) and enter the IP address + 5-digit code as the address. The server is even recognized, but if you want to enter it, as an error message is told about any maintenance.
We're not connected to the internet, nor is any firewall enabled. The PCs are connected via crossover LAN cable and configured correctly.
Do you have a solution?
Do not want to be rude but who has no Anannung of Lan connections and network, should rather leave that or have someone on the ground has the idea. If necessary also liable to pay.
