Minecraft Wynncraft, stuck in a quest, what to do?

So a friend and I are playing Wynncraft (a server on Minecraft) and we're on a quest called 'The Envoy Part 2'. We're now at the point where we have to open the 'hidden mech base' (so just press the button). However, nothing happens when we push the button. We already tried to change the world and repeat a few things from the quest, but nothing worked. Nobody answers us on the Wynncraft forum either… What should we do?
