Can I delete and reinstall Minecraft without losing data? (Ps4 Pro)?

I have had massive bugs in Minecraft for several weeks (the game always hangs for a few seconds and in time I can't interact, I can sometimes see the caves through blocks, sound bugs) and would therefore try to uninstall the game and then download it again. What do I have to consider in order not to lose my worlds?

You could put your worlds on the desktop via Appdata, reinstall MC and then put the worlds back in the folder

Is that also possible with Ps4?

Nope, because you can't get into the folders there. I don't know whether worlds will be preserved or not
