In fact, you can't do that retrospectively. However, you can influence this when you load or create a world in the settings. If you want to influence an existing world in this way, you go to the pen to the right of the world, scroll to the selection "Activate cheats" and then activate "Keep inventory". If you create a world instead, you can influence this accordingly when creating the world. As soon as you select "Activate cheats", which is necessary to activate "Keep inventory", it is no longer possible to collect successes in the corresponding Minecraft world, which is also pointed out when you try to activate "Activate cheats".

So you should be sure what is more important to you. Collecting successes (this does not mean the XP and therefore the level, but successes such as "knocked on wood three times", "start plowing" and so on) or, for example, keeping the inventory.
