I played Minecraft today and while playing I heard a strange noise a few times. It was such a noise and air noise just extremely creepy. I don't use mods or have any monsters or other things active. And besides, my world is flat
Ambient noises are normal in MC.
These are the cave sounds as far as I know and because you play on flat you are on the coordinates of cave height

This is normal in Minecraft that comes from time to time; no matter if monster etc. Is on or off.
