I have a buggy and have read many times that I have to reinstall Mc for this. Will my worlds be deleted?

So it's about deleting the game and then reinstalling it. I don't know if it will be saved in the online storage or can I do it manually?

You can go to Minecraft in the PS4 menu - press Options and upload your saved data. You can then simply download it again.
