My sister and I just played Minecraft together in a world without a LAN cable. She had a few lags and therefore saved the game, reopening the world and reopening on the LAN. Since rebooting the world, the game is no longer displayed to me, despite several reboots. Why is that?
What does "without LAN cable" mean?
Well, we're just in the same Wi-Fi and it went before that too
Wireless. Or in English: wireless. Also abbreviated for "wireless local area network" used or short: Wi-Fi.
Then the wording "over WLAN" would have been more understandable:-)
She really opened the world again in multiplayer mode? Do you see each other on the network, can you ping yourself?
Yes, when I open a world she comes in too. But not the other way around
Checked firewall settings with her?
Joa, I do not know myself that way. So have a look at the Java stuff that allows private and public. I do not know any more
Hm, you can hardly say more from the distance
So how is this with the firewall? Until recently I did not know where to find it aufm laptop
Try it this way:
Go to add server and then you give as an IP address the number in the open the world is in the chat
