I play on a Ps4 and on the laptop Minecraft, I have a world on WHOLE FLAT (flatland), is there a command or a trick how I can make it snow?

Second question for TikTok users:

If a video is blocked by me because the sound of the video does not go and I still publish the video several times after it has been blocked, can my channel be blocked?

Second question:

How do I upload a sound myself? (So the sound of a YouTube video e.g. So that the video is not blocked again)
