Minecraft Essentials [Buy] Shield does not work?

I plan to build a shop in Minecraft I wanted to use Essentials to create signs. I know that as well. So in the configs make all the signs on enable and put the shield in Minecraft. Although I can set the sign but do not interact that means if I right click on it, nothing happens, not even any news in the chat. It also does not work with [Sell] or [Weather] or anything else. Oh yes, if I put the signs is above the [Weather] z.b. Blue and under Sun yellow as it should be.

I use a spigot 1.14.2 server and have the following plugins on it:

Broadcaster, ChatManager, ChestShop, EssentialsX, EssentialsXChat, HubThat, Modern-LWC, Multiverse-Core, MyPet, PermissionsEx, Vault, Worldedit, Worldguard.
