We bought a server through NITRADO to play MINECRAFT together, but have not been coming to our world since Friday 03.04.20 - what needs to be done?

What does it say if you want to be born?
Start button → input field → cmd → press Enter → enter ping (the IP of the server) → Enter
Just give Nitrado a call, you'll get an answer faster than here.
Thank you. That worked with the PING… The server is online. But nothing is still happening… Maybe I have to call Nitrado tomorrow…

You can still click on the server and then promptly comes up "no feedback"… If you want to close then appears: "java (tm) platform SE binary does not respond": - o
