Teleport via compass?

I'm looking for a teleports plugin for minecraft. I have created 3 worlds via multiverse core and would like to connect them now. I have imagined that in the lobby you get a compass or something in world 1 and you can then choose woman hinwill (skyblock / Bedwars.) I have now looked at 9:30 a.m. But if I did have one I could not tell someone such a plugin? What also goes for 1.15? You should really only get a compass or something.
