How can you sow wheat in the NETHER? I play on the iPad with version 15.1 Minecraft! Would be mega if you would give me the answer!

If that has not changed, then it can't be done at all. You can't place water there, so you can't grow plants.

No, if you build enough light sources around it, it will only grow a lot slower
