Why does Minecraft look so bad on me with Optifine?

Hi, I got Optifine for my Minecraft today and installed everything successfully. But when I went into a world, everything looked so fuzzy and blurry. Does anyone have any idea what that might be? Would be helpful

Maybe you have a very strong anti-aliasing (… Or something) in it. If you play in 1.8 you may also have the Super Secret Settings on, because there's a blurry effect. Otherwise just reinstall Optifine.

Such a thing must not happen in a successful installation.
A help would be good if you would add a picture next time.

So I play on 1.16.5 and I've downloaded optifine again
