Drag the folder from the world in the Nitrado web interface to the Spigot / Vanilla server. A plugin such as Multiverse Core is necessary for this!

Yes, in the properties is the folder name in which the world is located. If you name the desired map exactly like the newly generated one, the "wanted" is loaded.
If you name the worlds folder differently, you also have to change the settings, but this is usually not really necessary.
