Minecraft lagged when dismantling?

I play a world with about 60 mods, but if I dismantle something it doesn't drop but the avatar can move. When I write in the chat it doesn't load and animals don't move either, but you can break down blocks and walk around.

Render distance down, open the task manager and see what is so busy

Probably too high utilization in general.

Fps is good I've already screwed everything down
