I would like to continue playing in my Minecraft Survival world, but in Hardcore mode. Is there a possibility like me? In the world folder can change a file so I'm in hardcore mode, rather than in normal survival mode, where you can die? Or how can you do that?
Can't you just change that in the pause menu? Where to choose between peaceful and survival? Otherwise, enable cheats and then / gamemode hardcore
What kind of gamemode hardcore? No, you can't change the difficulty to Hardcore.
This is possible with the program NBTExplorer.

You can in the menu (which world you want to play) click on the desired and let create a copy of this world with a new one.
As far as I know you can put the cheats on and off. Then the game mode should be changeable.
