Do you know possibilities mc?

I'm currently making a minecraft server with friends. The difficulty is that we want to build everything in one world. We want to build an island with different portals. The portals should then teleport players. Is there a command with which you can teleport the player when he is in the portal? We would take nether portals because the nether is deactivated.

You have to use plugins for this.
