In the end I ran so far that I can't find my way back. Is there a command that can be used to teleport back to the Overworl or to the Worldspawn?
You can build an end portal in creative and that will bring you back again

that makes an end portal as well as what is on the main island but only 1 block in size it teleports you back to the overworld immediately
