Switch minecraft sound?

I have somehow stopped playing bedwars that one voice says everything I do and also reads the chat how can I turn it off that is extremely annoying

So in a normal game it would be at Options → Music and Noises and then there's a possibility to turn it off

I've tried everything there's no use is also in the title screen so when I start the game I must have done it somehow with a key combination

Press Ctrl + B to turn off speech.
