Do you have other mods installed or isses only Forge? Otherwise I'd just downgrade times to 1-2 versions before & see if that helps

Judging by the error one or more mods needs at least the version 11.15.1.1808, this Forge version belongs to the Minecraft 1.8.9 version, if you are using the 1.8.9 it should not be a problem to change the Forge version in the log File that you also will be displayed you will find more detailed information which (s) Mod (s) you have problems.
