OBS Stream Poor quality?

I've already looked at hundreds of tutorials that tried different settings and came only with poor quality.

Here are my specs:

GTX 1080

AMD Ryzen 7 1700x

16GB Ram

and an upload of about 8mbps

I mostly stream Minecraft and CS: GO.

Can anyone help me to get suitable settings?
