Minecraft PE - bring goods lorras to a halt?

If I send a freight gate from one place to another, can I install something that will automatically stop it, or at least not push it back?

Install one or two rails to accelerate between the normal rails and do not activate.

GLP has explained this in one of his minecraft life times.

At the end, where you can bounce off a pair of normal rails and all the way to the back, you can put a drive rail that is only activated by a button
