I have to convince someone that you can freely create videos on YouTube via Minecraft. Can anyone send me the source of the Eula that says this?
As far as I know, Mojang can theoretically take action against these videos, it just became natural (but doesn't know 100%)
If you comply with the essential requirements (from the guidelines for the use of brands and content for our games) and the naming guidelines, you MAY produce, use and distribute videos and streams of your game or your legal use of Minecraft. YOU MAY also make money by adding or allowing advertisements in it.
You don't need permission or anything else for Minecraft videos. You can freely create, cut, edit and upload them.
