Minecraft is lagging despite sufficient hardware?

Hello everytime I play Minecraft I never get the constant 60FPS, even if I lower the settings. Even when I use Optifine it is, but only in Minecraft. I can play all other games like GTA5, Fortnite etc. At high settings with over 60FPS and they need a lot more power. I would be happy if someone could help me. Here is my main hardware:

MSI Radeon RX 580 8GB

AMD FX 8750

16GB DDR3 Ram

Have you tried assigning more ram to Minecraft? There are enough instructions on the Internet, just search for them with Google
