Unfortunately I have the problem that despite very good hardware I have very little FPS in minecraft. However, nothing is noticeable in other games.
I have about 40 to 80 FPS (without mods, shaders etc.) Optifine is also installed which did not really work. Others have 800 FPS with my graphics card which gives me something to think about. I have already assigned 8 GB RAM to Minecraft, of which about 1-2 GB are used.
Here is my hardware:
I7 4790K
RTX 2060 Advanced ed. From Asus
16 GB RAM
I'm happy about every proposed solution.
It could be due to your settings in Minecraft. Adjust them. You can find tutorials on Youtube
Maybe you are playing with the Intel iGPU and not the NVIDIA.

What attitude do you mean specifically? I have already tried everything about the graphics settings, unfortunately without any significant improvement.
That would be fatal 😅 But no doubt, when I press the F3 overview, my graphic is displayed.
This is normal so I would advise you to install optifine and to screw everything down as far as possible except the chunks I always have on 20

Well, as long as everything is not lagged, everything is ok, but then you have to do a hardware check, maybe something is broken or a cable is not properly seated
Then it could be your graphics card. Install the latest driver from CPU and GPU. If that doesn't work, unscrew your CPU and GPU and put your computer on again, or delete Minecraft and reinstall it. If that doesn't help either, then I don't know what to do.
