Yes, I got a new PC last November that cost 590 euro and I'm satisfied
So I have a gaming laptop with a GTX 1060. A PC would have been more worthwhile, but now it's too late. In GTA V I have FPS values in the range of approx. 60FPS. So enough. Hopefully the performance is still sufficient to play GTA VI. There are of course no problems in minecraft.
Unfortunately, it sometimes overheats during a long GTA season, which means that I have a still image for 5-10 seconds. Almost always while flying / landing. Luckily I have managed to land each time so far.

You can see the difference. My laptop used to cost around 1,200 euro (2017). Compared to the same performance in a stand PC, this is simply too expensive xD
The last one is ok in terms of type. This is a low profile, and the 1650 is also ok in terms of performance. The 1030 you sent earlier is performance wasted and not worth the money. But you'd better not buy an MSI 1650, they only sell scrap
